As a new Medicare recipient, I approached Senior Benefits with a complex set of issues. I had complex health issues, was gainfully employed with private insurance and had no idea how to Navigate the Medicare world. Tammy was smart, quick and super patient with me as I stumbled through this process. The best benefit was she put my mind at ease that I wasn't going to get a nasty surprise when I needed care.
