When Jake was here, he was prompt on responding and helping get our questions answered. We reached out 3 weeks ago to the office directly and the lady on the phone assured me she would call back the following day with updates on our new quotes. She sent me a text to confirm what we were looking for and never called us back with the quote.

Recently we switched our home and auto policies to Grice Insurance Solutions. Steve has been known to my family for a long time as a pastor. He visited my dad when he was very sick. I was so glad he was opening an insurance business and got my auto insurance with them much cheaper than anywhere else. Jake helped me with everything and it was quick, easy and he took the stress out of having to get insurance. I highly recommend them for insurance needs :-)
