Hello, we’re Shawn and Olivia Lee, licensed insurance brokers based in Jacksonville, Florida. We’ve been married for 20 years and have proudly called Jacksonville home for more than 12 years. Today, we have the privilege of working together as a husband-and-wife insurance team.
Our own experience caring for aging parents helped us understand how important it is to have someone you can trust when making decisions about healthcare and insurance. That experience has shaped the way we work with our clients—with patience, personal attention, and a genuine desire to help.

We help seniors, individuals, and families with Medicare, ACA/Marketplace health insurance, life insurance, and retirement solutions. We take the time to understand each client’s doctors, prescriptions, healthcare needs, budget, and priorities so we can help them understand their options and find coverage that fits their situation.
We believe our relationship with our clients shouldn’t end after enrollment. We’re here throughout the year to answer questions, review changes, and help when needs arise. Our goal is simple: honest guidance, clear explanations, and long-term support.

Shawn is bilingual in English and Korean and has lived in California, New Jersey, and Florida, as well as internationally in Brazil, Canada, and Korea. These experiences have given us a broad perspective and a deep appreciation for different cultures and communities, helping us connect with individuals and families from many different backgrounds.
