I was referred to Ahrens by my financial advisor, to help with my Medicare decisions. I have been working with Carrie Wood for the past few months ... and I can not say enough positive things about this experience! Carrie has the patience of a saint ... all of this Medicare information and decisions are completely new to me. It doesn't matter how many times I forget what she has previously told me (or, I can't read the notes I took!), how many times I ask the same question over and over, how many times I get confused ... she is calm, helpful, teaches me (again), and works very hard for me to really understand. I never feel rushed, spoken down to, or as if I'm keeping her from other clients. Ahrens is very fortunate to have Carrie on their team!
