I went in just to look but hopeful to make a purchase and ended up leaving with a used 2018 honda crv exl. Mike Tuominen was super helpful and gave me 2 options within my price range that were exactly what i was looking for. the first car i had come to see and test drive ended up having a few problems with the CV axel but he offered up with 2018 which drove super smoothly and i knew it was the one. It did take a while after coming back in to close the sale but i’m happy with my monthly payments and he even helped walk me through the process as it was my first time buying from a dealer. I came back the next day to pick up the car and my biggest issue was that after having the car for less than 3 hours the battery died. turns out the car was sold with a battery at the very end of its life and on top of that i had asked that they give the car a good clean and detail and it would seem all they did is a shitty vacuum job because i was able to wipe off quite a few stains with some armor all. overall i was dissatisfied with the way the car was delivered to me, but I texted Mike and explained what the situation was and he was able to get me a check for to cover the new battery i had to purchase out of pocket. i would recommend checking any of their used cars VERY carefully but other than that it’s been a great vehicle so far and i hope it continues to be reliable!

We had a great experience purchasing our 2026 Honda Odyssey. Brian Schubert was fantastic to work with—never pushy and genuinely focused on helping us make an informed decision that fit our budget. He took the time to clearly explain all the details of their lease process, which made everything much easier to understand, and even helped us get out of our current lease a few months early with no money out of pocket. That level of effort and transparency really stood out. He also showed a lot of patience and understanding while we had our two young kids with us during the process, which made a big difference. The sales manager, Zach, was equally easy to work with and helped put together a really solid deal. When it came time to finalize everything, Jason in finance made the process smooth and straightforward, again showing plenty of patience with our kids after a few hours at the dealership. Overall, this was one of the best car-buying experiences we’ve had. Highly recommend Brian and the team at Great Lakes Honda of Fishers!

I had a fantastic experience working with Ruben Rhenwrick and Great Lakes Honda of Fishers! Ruben was incredibly friendly, professional, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Ruben went above and beyond by spending the whole day helping me, even accompanying me to return my previous lease so that everything was handled seamlessly. Communication was excellent throughout, and the dealership itself was welcoming and easy to work with. I highly recommend asking for Ruben if you want a great car buying experience! 5 stars for Great Lakes Honda of Fishers!
