I met Nicole Cicoria at Walmart a few weeks ago. And I’m so glad I found her. I turn 65 in March, and had no idea of the benefits I’m entitled to. I’ve never dealt with Medicare/Medicaid before. Nicole sure knows her stuff! I am forever grateful to her for taking her job seriously, and wanting to help me, and finding the best plan for me. I have multiple medical diagnoses, and thought for sure my life was going to change, but not for the better. Nicole explained everything to me that day. Now I’m not worried about anything. She is so kind, and caring. And I feel, genuinely wanted to hep me. She has kept in touch with me, and answered everything I asked about. We need a lot more people like her, as we get older.
