This is a top notch firm. Mike is personable, knowledgeable and very good at representation. He looks out for his client’s best interest over his. Case in point: he offered me some options on which he would receive no commission. It’s hard to find honesty and integrity these days but Mike White & NexGen exhibits these qualities.

Michael did a great job explaining all the choices I had when I became eligible for Medicare. He was very thorough and answered all my questions. I never felt rushed, and he never tried to push me in any certain direction. He patiently waited for me to make my choice. Fantastic job!!

I officially retired & signed up for Social Security, Medicare, etc after 30 years with Cummins during 4Q24. Mike White & his daughter Ashlyn have been my neighbors for several years so having them advise me on my retirement options was easy & painless. They never pushed me towards a specific path - they simply shared the pros & cons of each approach. Even though I’m still learning, it’s nice to know I have them to guide me should I decide to make any future changes!

When it came time to find our own insurance, Ashlyn was our gal! She has been incredible! Not only did she take time to go over the various marketplace options but she made sure we understood what the various coverages and levels of coverages meant to us. However, it didn’t stop there! Once we were up and running, she made it very clear that as we manipulated the system, we were always encouraged to reach out to her with questions or concerns. We did! If we couldn’t figure out the app, she made sure to walk us through it and if she didn’t have an answer immediately, she found it and was certain we understood it before moving on. We recently transitioned from Indiana to Kentucky so once again, we met and she took time to facilitate a smooth ride! She’s even made personal calls to our medical providers to make sure they take the insurance we are looking into! I feel she goes above and beyond…something that’s important when you are looking into financial services such as insurance and it’s not your personal expertise. We are extremely happy to have found NxGen and specifically Ashlyn 💛
