I just started receiving Medicare. Joe explained it all because I knew nothing Joe is very knowledgeable on Medicare. He helped me sign up and get it started. Also Sarah cancelled my other insurance for me. If you need help with any insurance needs I highly recommend Joe and Sarah.

It was my great pleasure to meet and do business with Sarah and Joe Thompson Agent Owners of 20 West Insurance Agency LLC. Both of them are very sincere, caring professionals. I was introduced to them through Georgia Access. I was needing help badly getting health insurance for my daughter through Georgia Access. Because for some reason my Special extension had got canceled. Sarah and Joe worked on it right away and got her signed up with a very good plan and cleared up the Special extension and I paid for the plan in 2 days time.
