A little about myself. I was born and raised in Western Kentucky. My husband Justin and I are both agents at the IMS office in Mayfield, KY. We have three kiddos, a Great Dane, and a Welsh Terrier. I also love the outdoors, traveling, and UK basketball.

The staff her is wonderful! IMS offers face to face meetings to discuss coverage options, unlike many similar type offices. Monica has gone above and beyond to answer any and all questions my wife and I have had about our medical coverage, drug benefits and which plan is best suited for our needs. Monica is extremely knowledgeable about the requirements and stipulations of Medicare. She has learned the process, and stays updated saving the customer time and energy with the legal and medical jargon to make a decision based on their particular needs.
