Melissa is a sweetheart. I originally went to one of her seminars at Huntsville Library then I set up an in-home consultation. She walked me through the process of signing up for Social Security and Medicare. She literally signs on with you and helps you complete the process. She is so fast at it since she does it all the time. I may have been able to do it, but she knows her stuff and it made it so much easier and I wasn't questioning myself about doing it right or wrong. She listens to your needs and doesn't try to upsell you on coverage you don't need or want. Would definitely recommend and there is no fee!

I had less than 4 days left of open enrollment to make changes to my elderly parents insurance.a lot of things I didn’t understand ,my dad was diagnosed with leukemia December 2025 and I needed Lots of help . I asked the Lord to guide me and he did. I called Melissa we met early the next morning and she got everything started and done before the deadline. I’m so thankful for Melissa and her hard work. I first met Melissa when I signed up for her information class on Medicare. Melissa was amazing, friendly, good communication, very knowledgeable. I scheduled an appointment to meet with her. She came to my house, which was over an hour drive for her and on the day before Thanksgiving, to meet with me and discuss my options and answer my questions. I felt very comfortable and signed up with her immediately. I have no problem recommending her.
