The Lokal Insurance Group has been my insurance group for several years now. I have used this group for all my Medicare needs. The agent Joshua Wood has been polite and thorough. He worked to find the best insurance for me at the best price, saving me a lot of money. If you have a problem with a bill, Joshua will call the insurance company and with his expertise they will work together and get it resolved. When you call the Lokal group you will talk to a real person, not a computer. It's the best!

Josh Wood is an excellent agent to work with. Answered all my questions, sometimes the same one, more than once. He was very open about all policies and worked hard for the right plan that would work best for my husband and myself. I called him yesterday and he answered all my questions right then. He has been a godsend helping navigate retirement and Medicare which can be so confusing. I'm am so grateful for his help. I would recommend Josh to anyone needing help in these areas.
