I contacted Brian to get a quote on the Plan G medicare supplement offered by BCBS of Arkansas. He came to my home and we completed the paperwork. Two weeks later, after medical revue, I was sent my new Plan G card and the plan went into effect on the day I had designated. The process was seamless.

Brian Kulis is a wonderful man. When I first moved to Hot springs village, my husband and I didn't know anyone. We were lucky enough to meet Brian, Who came to our home and talked us thru all the insurance plans and helped us decide what would be best. It has worked out fantastic. So we see him every year. He is a very busy man but will always make time for you, even after he gets you signed up for your health plan.
