They are ok. First year they got my policy wrong and had to charge me a ton come tax season. Since then the rates have gone up every year. I never actually get any communication from my agent on changes or options. Basically you select your plan, they assign your agent, they constantly change your rates, but you do have insurance. Communication to clients could be improved, actually discussing options with clients could be improved, communicating price changes should be discussed. They are decent, but you could probably find better options with agents more invested in a client than a paycheck

My Health Insurance Associate Tiffany is the best of the best. She is so patient with me, having several questions and asking for information. Ms. Tiffany will provide you with everything you need to better understand your health insurance and will help you pick a coverage that best suits your needs. Plus I recently went back to her for assistance for a Dental plan with better coverage for me, and quickly and swiftly found one that works with my budget. Thank you again Tiffany from HIA.

We had an excellent experience with Tiffany Sollars. She was recommended to us by a former coworker and friend and I'm glad we found her. We were a little late into the enrollment period and wanted to change directions with our health insurance plans, and Tiffany was very helpful. She spent a lot of time with us on the phone and with emails to help us explore options and figure out what was best for us. She's very thorough and knowledgeable. We're very pleased with the service we got.
