LATARSHA BILLINGSLEY

My name is Latarsha Billingsley, and I am the founder of Viable Solutions LLC, where I serve as a Community Health Advocate and licensed health insurance professional. For more than 10 years, I have worked in the insurance industry, with the last several years focused on helping seniors and families understand their health coverage options.

My passion is helping people navigate what can often feel like a confusing healthcare system. I specialize in guiding individuals who are transitioning to Medicare, retiring from employer health plans, self-employed, or seeking affordable coverage through the Health Insurance Marketplace.

Through my work, I have helped hundreds of individuals and families review their options, apply for coverage, and understand programs such as Medicare, Medicaid, Medicare Savings Programs, and Extra Help. I believe that when people understand their healthcare benefits, they can make confident decisions that protect their health and their finances.

In addition to working directly with clients, I regularly host community workshops and educational sessions designed to make healthcare information easier to understand. I am also honored to serve as the President of the Montgomery Chapter of the National Association of Benefits and Insurance Professionals, where I support industry education and advocate for ethical practices that benefit consumers.

My mission is simple: to educate, empower, and serve my community by helping people make informed healthcare decisions for their future.
